By proceeding with a reservation at J&Kel, guests agree to the following guidelines designed to ensure a seamless dining experience.

1. Reservation Procedures
A deposit of RM250 per diner is required to secure a reservation and must be made via bank transfer to J&Kel Creation Sdn Bhd. A deposit slip is required as proof of payment, and the deposit will be deducted from the final bill. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp ‪(+6012 271 9696‬) within 24 hours of your booking. Reservations will be held for 48 hours from the time our WhatsApp message is sent; if no deposit is received within this window, the reservation will be automatically released. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the dining date, no-shows, or any date changes made after the cancellation deadline will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For group bookings of six (6) guests and above, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

Guests are required to inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies during reservation. Last-minute dietary requests cannot be accommodated. Menu adjustments are subject to the restaurant’s discretion, require at least 72 hours’ notice, and may incur additional charges. Reservations are only confirmed upon successful submission and receipt of a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. The dining environment may not be suitable for children under 16 years old; young adults will be served the same tasting menu. Single-guest reservations are subject to availability and be arranged by contacting our Reservation Team.

2. Private Dining Room
Our Private Dining Room accommodates up to eight (8) guests and requires a minimum spend of RM8,000.

3. Full Restaurant Booking
For full restaurant or boutique event bookings, availability and confirmation are based on consultation and deposit payment. Additional terms may apply.

4. Cancellation Policy
Standard cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the dining date. Any cancellation, date change, or no-show after the deadline is considered a late cancellation and will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. Reservations may be cancelled or amended by contacting ‪+6012 271 9696‬ or customer.service@j-kell.com. All deposits and pre-payments are strictly non-refundable.

5. Guest Guidelines & FAQs
Our tasting menus (Regular or Vegetarian), ranging from 7 to 8 courses, are priced between RM999 and RM1799. Optional courses and wine pairings are available at additional cost. All prices are subject to 8% government sales tax and a 10% service charge. The dining experience typically lasts 2.5 to 3 hours. Dietary requirements such as dairy-free, gluten-free, or pure vegan must be communicated during booking and require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice, with additional charges for certain adjustments.

Dress Code: Smart Elegant attire is required. For men: collared shirts, tailored pants, and closed-toe dress shoes (blazers recommended). For women: dresses, skirts, tailored pants, or elegant tops with appropriate footwear. Flip-flops, sportswear, athleisure, beachwear, and men’s sandals are not permitted. Entry is at management’s discretion.

Photography: Photography and videography are not allowed during service except in designated areas. Flash use is prohibited, and guests must respect others’ privacy.

Age Requirement: Only guests aged 16 and above are permitted.

Mobile Phones: To preserve the dining ambiance, guests are encouraged to keep phone usage discreet or step outside for calls
